As Christians, we all have the same goal. However, people, passion, vision, and mission vary from church to church. With this realization, how can we prepare a “one size fits all” campaign? The answer is you cannot. At Alpha Omega, we start all campaigns with an anonymous church-wide assessment to lay the foundation for the campaign.
Your Alpha Omega consultants will prepare an 80 to 100 page detailed assessment for your church leaders. This invaluable information will evaluate current church support, reveal new leadership candidates, assess issues that may need attention prior to entering a major campaign, and show expected levels of financial commitment for the campaign. From the information discovered in this assessment, your campaign will be developed and tailored specifically to the needs of your church.
| What about after the campaign? |
 Because of our spiritual calling at Alpha Omega, we design our campaign strategies to live well beyond the campaign phase. Our strategies include volunteer and staff training that will enable internal and external ministries to develop from the volunteer teams that were created during the campaign. At your option, your Alpha Omega consultants will follow up after the campaign for three years to ensure that your campaign and church growth strategies are being fulfilled to the fullest extent possible. Alpha Omega will continue to be a valuable resource to your organization after the campaign process.
